• Our perfumes are made with active, natural ingredients. Damages resulting from improper use, neglect, or incorrect application are not eligible for a return or refund. Additionally, any adverse reactions due to personal sensitivities to specific ingredients are not covered by this policy. We always recommend conducting a patch test before use, as mentioned in the product guidelines
Refund Policy
• Shuffle Perfumes is not responsible for any damages that occur after the product has been delivered.
• If there are issues such as missing items, leakage, breakage, or receiving an incorrect product, an unboxing video with the original packaging is required for any claims.
• To initiate a refund claim, please contact our customer care team at +91-7827419391 or email us at support@shuffleperfumes.com, including the necessary images and videos of the issue with the subject line "Refund Request for [Product Name]."
• If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or defective, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
• If the order status is marked as delivered but not received, contact customer care within 3 days of the delivery status update. Refunds will not be processed after this time frame.
• Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable as they are not reimbursed by our delivery partners.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer within 4-7 business days.
• Refund claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with the required documentation. If your claim is approved, the refund may take up to 15 days to be processed, starting from the date of approval.
• Shuffle Perfumes will provide the relevant transaction details, including the transaction ID and screenshots, once the refund process is initiated.
Return Policy
• In cases where the product is damaged during transit (such as leakage, breakage, or missing items), a refund or exchange may be processed after a thorough review of the issue as per our refund policy.
• Customers must contact our customer care team within 24-48 hours of receiving a damaged, broken, or leaked product to initiate the return or exchange process.
Cancellation Policy
• Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. You can cancel your order on the

• For paid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation approval.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. For prepaid orders that are returned to the seller, a deduction of ₹75 will be applied.
